Hyperbrush accepts payments through the following modes:

1. Credit Card

2. Debit Card

3. Net Banking

There are no hidden charges. You only pay what you see on the order summary at the time of check out.

If you ever see any extra charges levied on purchases made on Hyperbrush through your created account, or if a purchase is made in your name but you never signed up or created an account on Hyperbrush, please check if your family member or business colleague made a purchase on your behalf. If the problem persists, report the unauthorized purchase within 14 days of purchase so that it can be dealt with in good time. Send us an email on team@hyperbrush.com.

In case of a payment failure, retry and make sure that you have input all your banking details correctly. Also check if the internet connection is working properly.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is rolled back to your account within seven business days. You can also email us at team@hyperbrush.com with your order number for any clarification regarding the purchase.

We do not entertain Cash on Delivery as of now.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel the order before it is shipped, we ensure that you are refunded full amount of your purchase. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you can still cancel the order online.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

You cannot cancel the order if it is delivered to you, in such case you need to follow the process of returning the product.
